The Duskwhales are a harmony-driven psychedelic darkwave trio based in Washington, DC. Formed in 2010, the band coalesces the decades-long artistic collaboration of Seth Flynn (guitar/vocals), Brian Majewski (keys/vocals), and Chris Baker (drums/vocals). With influences ranging from 60s psych rock to new wave, The Duskwhales’ signature sound is a powerhouse of pulsing synthesizers, lush vocal harmonies, and dramatic arrangements. They have performed to packed audiences across the East Coast and supported national acts including Car Seat Headrest, Frankie Cosmos, Killer Queen, and Jesse McCartney. Their latest album Strawflower Lane was released in 2024 and heralded by Atwood Magazine for its “dynamic energy, colorful lyricism, and catchy, charming melodicism.”
